Ho Kah Keh has been in a variety of capacities in training over the past 9 years. Focused in subject areas around leadership, this has been in the context of personal performance training and development.
He is particularly engaged with mindset change and belief work in personal performance, and in service level performance standards. Kah Keh brings with him considerable experience in the service industry and has worked in a number of capacities in arts management, event management, conference and exhibition management and brand consulting. The range of organizations that he has worked for include statutory boards, MNCs and local SME companies. His industry exposure spans the arts, retail, fashion and lifestyle, banking and financial institutions, government agencies, petroleum, petrochemicals, shipping and power generation organizations.
Through this experience in a wide range of different industries, he has found his calling to be in contribution to the development of others. His educational background includes a Bsc (hons) in Economics, Statistics and Sociology, Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management. He is also a Master Practitioner and Certified coach in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). He has also done foundation work in Ontological and Integral training methodologies.
Kah Keh is deeply passionate about fitness and arts. He is also a music performing artist.

Yvonne Low is a professional facilitator, coach, talent developer, and training manager with over 16 years of experience across various industries including retail, FMCG, chemical, electronics, education, healthcare, banking, insurance, information services, and media. She has conducted training in various Asia-Pacific countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, China, Australia, and India.
As a trainer, Yvonne has conducted a varied portfolio of workshops in the areas of risk, management, customer service, and interpersonal skills for organizations in various industries and across countries in Asia Pacific. Yvonne also designs and delivers customer service, interpersonal skills, and image and etiquette workshops to academic institutions and corporate organizations. She is a Certified Trainer in Development Dimensions International (DDI), Skills for an Empowered Workforce programs, and a Certified Color, Image and Etiquette Consultant by First Impressions, UK.
Yvonne is also a career coach with a large global career transition consultancy to provide career transition coaching. She has also coached many staff and managers across Asia. She has also developed and conducted workshops to assist managers and staff in job search and career development.
Yvonne has also planned and implemented the rollout of the talent review and development processes in several organizations. In two organizations, Yvonne has successfully implemented and facilitated assessment centres to assess and identify managerial potential in managers across Asia Pacific. She was also responsible for the development and implementation of follow-up succession planning and career development initiatives.
Yvonne graduated with a Masters in Arts (Education & Human Resource Development) from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Dean’s Distinction List) from the National University of Singapore. She also holds an Advanced Certificate in Instructional Design and a Diploma in Training and Development Management from the Singapore Institute of Management. She is a certified user of various tools including MBTI, Lominger’s VOICES and DISC.
Prior to entering the fields of coaching and facilitation, Yvonne was the Training Manager of Morgan Stanley, a large US investment bank. She has also worked as the Regional Training & Development manager at LexisNexis and Training Manager at Reuters. She has also held learning and development roles at American International Assurance, Singapore General Hospital and Lane Crawford.
Yvonne relates well to all levels of people in an organisation and is able to build constructive and effective relationships. She is passionate about helping individuals grow and develop and is able to bring a tremendous level of energy and enthusiasm to her role in any organization.
